Frequently asked questions

No – the tour doesn't replace a real guide. The years of training and experience a guide brings simply can't be copied or passed on. It's designed for anyone who'd be exploring on their own anyway, often with nothing more than Google Maps. Instead of wandering aimlessly, you get curated stories at each landmark and GPS navigation from stop to stop – all at your own pace.

German, English and Polish are available immediately. The remaining 7 languages (Italian, Hungarian, Dutch, Czech, Croatian, French, Slovenian) can be selected at purchase — we then automatically prepare the translation and audio guide for you, available from 8:00 am the next day.

It depends on the tour: some trial tours are free, regular tours are a one-time purchase with no subscription. You'll see the exact price on each tour's page.

That depends on the tour you choose. You'll find the exact duration and distance on the respective tour page. You can pause and continue at any time.

No. The tour runs directly in your smartphone's browser – no app, no registration, no download required.

Yes, the tour and audio guide work fully offline. The texts are read aloud directly by your smartphone's browser – no streaming, no download required. For international visitors, we still recommend a local SIM card or a roaming package for map data.

Yes! Our tours run along easy, family-friendly routes with no technical challenges.

Of course. The rental bike is optional – our bike tours can be ridden with any bicycle.

No. The tour and rental bike are two independent offerings from two different providers. You book and pay for them separately – however is most convenient for you.
