Radoffensive Graz 2030: Where Things Are Happening

The Radoffensive Graz 2030 is on everyone's lips, and who among us cyclists doesn't wonder when the promised improvements will finally hit the streets? It's good that we can take a look at the current timeline, because things are indeed happening. The projects are being implemented gradually, and that's already a statement that gives hope – even if sometimes it feels like headwinds are apparently part of the cycling infrastructure in Graz.

Specifically, there are several projects on the list that are currently being tackled. For example, we have the GRW Murfeld, which hopefully will soon lead to more relaxed cycling. Work is also being done in Weinzöttl and Sturzgasse to ensure we are safer there. And to be honest, a new bike lane and cycling playgrounds? That sounds like an investment that benefits not only us adults but also the little cyclists. One could almost speak of a real offensive that makes our city a bit more bike-friendly.

It's good to see that the Radoffensive Graz 2030 is not just a paper tiger, but is truly driving projects forward. Take a look at the sites yourself when you're in the area – maybe you'll already see the first progress. And don't forget to follow us on Instagram or Bluesky to not miss any news! #bikegraz
