Graz: The next five years on two wheels?
Well, have you also noticed that there are significant changes happening in Graz in terms of traffic? Over the last five years, there has been considerable investment here, especially to revamp the traffic in the city. Now the question arises: What’s next? And what is planned for the coming five years to ensure we don’t fall back into old habits?
MeinBezirk has inquired with the usual suspects like Arbö, the Argus Radlobby, "Move it", the commuter initiative, Fahrgast, and Walk-space. It is clear: The traffic orientation of the city has already changed over the last legislative period. And there is quite a bit on the agenda for the next five years, even if the budget will likely have a say in it. One can be curious whether the plans will actually come to fruition – or better said, onto the bike path.
