New Signposts in Graz: The Blue Seal is Here!
Finally, something is happening with the cycling route signage in Graz! You may have already noticed it, or will see it soon: The first routes are now marked in the new look. That's quite a statement, isn't it? Sometimes you wonder if anyone in Graz even knows where they're cycling, before a tram at the Hauptplatz shows you who has the right of way.
The new guiding system, recognizable by the "blue seal," is meant to guide us cyclists in the future. And the best part: It won't stop at just a few test routes. The expansion is set to happen gradually. This means we can look forward to more areas in Graz being equipped with the new, hopefully clear, markings soon. Maybe it will help prevent accidentally ending up at Hilmteich when you actually wanted to go to Augarten.
So, keep your eyes open on your next outing through our beautiful city! When you see the blue seal, you know: You're on the right track. Perhaps it's the perfect reason to take the bike out of the cellar again and explore the new routes. #bikegraz
