New: Community Reports for Safer Rides in Graz 🚴‍♂️🛟

Share:

Tired of discovering a closed bike path the moment you hit it? From now on, you can report hazards, closures, and obstacles on our site—and, of course, see what others have already shared. Perfect for clubs & groups to plan safer rides and keep detours on the radar.

What can you do?

  • Report hazards: Potholes, gravel, broken glass, slippery grates, missing signage, …

  • Add closures & construction: Include dates/timeframes if you know them.

  • Suggest alternatives: Brief detour description (“take Kepler Bridge instead”).

  • Share photos/location: A picture and a pin make life easier for everyone.

  • Update status: Mark issues as fixed/cleared when they’re resolved.

Why does it matter?

  • More safety: Fewer nasty surprises on slippery surfaces or at fences.

  • Better planning: Clubs can adjust routes before 30 riders hit a dead end.

  • Community helping community: You help others today; they help you tomorrow.

  • Clear communication: One public report beats 27 scattered chat messages.

How to report (super simple)

  1. Set the location: Drop a pin or enter an address.

  2. Describe briefly: What’s going on? How severe is it? (e.g., “Glass on right lane”).

  3. (Optional) Photo & timeframe: Add proof and start/end dates if known.

  4. Submit—done. We notify the community and your report goes live.

Tips for clubs & groups

  • Share key reports in your event/ride descriptions (“Heads-up: detour at…”).

  • Keep resolved issues updated—everyone saves time.

Ready to help?

  • Report a hazard: Open the “Community/Live Reports” menu and add it in seconds.
