Off to Mariatrost: Family Bike Fest on April 12th!
Got plans for mid-April yet? If not, then hold on tight, because on Sunday, April 12, 2026, Mariatrost is going full throttle! JSV Rettenbach is hosting a big family bike festival at the Mariatrost sports field. And you know, the ride to Mariatrost itself is a beautiful little tour, whether you cycle leisurely along Mariatroster Straße or take a small detour over the green hills – fresh air always does wonders!
From 1 PM to 6 PM, a colorful program awaits you and your loved ones. Here's a little preview of what to expect:
- Free Bike Checks: Perfect for getting your trusty steed ready for spring and ensuring you're safe on the road.
- Cycling Safety Training: Whether young or old, here you can brush up on your skills or learn new ones. Especially for the little ones, this is super important!
- Disc Golf Course: For anyone who fancies trying something different and needs a little break from the saddle. Sounds like fun, doesn't it?
And because all that activity makes you hungry, there will, of course, be something to eat. The Elektrofant will be on-site, serving various pizzas. Pizza after a bike ride and a bit of Disc Golf? Perfect Sunday entertainment, I think!
