Your bike ready for Graz? Workshop with VHS Steiermark
Let's be honest, how often do you stand in front of your bike and think: 'Phew, how did that shifting thing work again?' Or even better: 'A flat tire, right here on the Murradweg!' On September 2, 2026, there’s a great opportunity to clarify these questions before a tram at the Hauptplatz shows you who has the right of way. VHS Steiermark is offering a 'Basic Bicycle Technology Workshop' in cooperation, which teaches you exactly what you need for everyday life – completely without prior knowledge.
Imagine being able to check your brakes and gears yourself, fix a flat tire, and simply maintain your bike. The whole thing will be taught in a practical and understandable way, in a relaxed atmosphere, so that you are truly capable of 'helping yourself' afterwards. This is ideal for beginners, but also groups of friends or teams who want to get fitter together can sign up.
So, if you want to get your bike ready for the streets of Graz, register online. Then you can also enjoy your next tour to Hilmteich without any nasty surprises. You can find all the information about registration online. And don’t forget to follow us on Instagram and Bluesky so you don’t miss any news! #bikegraz
