Who doesn't know this: You want to go for a nice bike ride, participate in a race event, or just tinker together – but where to take it from, if not from the bike? This is exactly where the BikeGraz Event Calendar comes into play, the digital bulletin board for everyone who loves cycling in Graz. And the best part: you can get active yourself and create your own events!
What can I do with the BikeGraz Event Calendar?
The event calendar is as diverse as Graz itself – and as colorful as life on two wheels!
- Group Rides: Planning a leisurely Sunday spin through Graz’s streets or a sporty sprint stage in the evening? Create your event, select the category “Ride,” and share it with the community.
- Bicibus Pages: Sometimes the journey is the destination, and commuting together to work or university can be a lot more fun. Enter your ride and hit the “I’m riding along” button – so everyone knows who's joining in.
- Races & Competitions: Whether a weekend hobby race or a tough Strava classic – upload your event and motivate your brothers and sisters in the saddle to top performances.
- Repair Workshops: Tinkering makes you smart! Are you hosting a workshop where people learn how to quickly fix a flat tire or properly adjust the gears? Then get it into the calendar!
Organizing is this easy!
The user interface is kept very simple – even for those who ride more bikes than computers. Every event is categorized so you can immediately see if it’s going to be more relaxed or hardcore. You can also define the target group – whether families, pro racers, or e-bike fans – so everyone instantly knows if the event is right for them.
What’s incredibly practical: When you share your ride, you can even upload the GPX track. That way, everyone knows the route in advance and can mentally prepare for the elevation, the panorama, or coffee breaks.
And where can you find it? Of course, you can add your events in the menu above, under Events. As a registered user, you can add them.
